SRS-LH-RR - SRS with Right Side Adjustment

Designed for lines with small frames, max. 1000mm, SRS was created for quick and easy size changeover.

The central handle allows joint central adjustment of the two sides of the containment.

In addition, this version with side knob allows the centring to be altered by +- 20mm, thus creating a perfect entry for screen-printing/digital machines.
The side knob has a lock to ensure that the centring is not altered accidentally or during the conveying process.
To alter the centring, it is necessary to:

• unlock the fastening ring nut by turning anti-clockwise;

• adjust centring by turning knob D.35;
.
• when the desired size has been reached, hold the knob D.35 and lock the clamping ring nut again by turning it clockwise;

At the bottom of the profile there is a rubber seal that does not allow glaze, dust or anything else to enter and block the movement mechanisms.

The rotating central unit (RCU) for gripping blades or roller conveyors also allows for tilting in case the top of the conveyed product does not need to be touched.

On the side of the head is an arrow indicating the direction of the lines. It is important to respect this when assembling as the two RCUs have a slight opening to facilitate the incoming material.

The Type A version is for L-frames. Also available in a Type B version for standard aluminium frames.
