Product features:
The plastic pulleys are manufactured from a technopolymer reinforced with glass fibre and other fillers that guarantee structure, durability and many other advantages.

  • LOWER WEIGHT
    The weight is reduced by more than 60% and guarantees: lower transport costs, less load on the line, lighter work on all moving parts (including gearmotors), with longer life and lower energy required by the system.
    In addition, they guarantee greater safety for maintenance personnel, as less effort is required when replacing the pulley assembly.
  • BETTER LIFESPAN
    Thanks to the characteristics of the technopolymer and its fillers, they have a longer lifespan than metal pulleys under standard conditions of use.
    Belts will also have a longer lifespan as the technopolymer guarantees better flow, as well as preventing them from sticking to the groove during system downtimes, in the event of system shutdown.
  • CONTROLLED OSCILLATION
    Each pulley is subjected to static and dynamic tests to ensure an optimal oscillation level.
    This feature guarantees theabsence of vibrations along the lines, thus benefiting all components.
  • BETTER PROTECTION
    All pulleys, both fixed and idle, are already fitted with a snap-on rubber protection for the shaft. This makes it possible to:
    Protect the bearings (idler version) and bushings (drive version);
    Protect the axle from dust and water ingress;
    Avoid pulley and shaft from sticking, facilitating replacement.
  • LESS MAINTENANCE
    Technopolymer pulleys are not only highly wear-resistant but also rust-free. In fact, they are not painted, as it is the material itself that is coloured.
    In addition, maintenance times are faster, both because all the measures discussed in this article allow for easy removal, and because, thanks to their weight, no additional workers are needed to replace pulley assemblies.
