Product features:
Connecting element between two modular roller conveyors with 22 mm pitch, allows continuous sections of a certain length to be created or the curvature of roller conveyors used as lateral containment to be modified. In order to be able to apply the joint it is necessary that the rollers have no heads on the ends to be joined, the lower projection of the extrusion is drilled at the indicated centres (D,E) to fix the 4 M4 screws with nuts supplied.
In use, it is very important to comply with the curvature limit, defined by the angles indicated, in order to maintain functionality.
Bearing in mind the straight resting position, an angle (alpha) of max. 55° can be applied, which brings the area opposite the rollers closer together. If curvature is to be achieved by bringing the rollers closer together, apply an angle (beta) of max. 60°.
