(FC): Flanged containment; (GC): Grooved containment.
Junction element between two 22-pitch load-bearing roller tracks, allows continuous sections of a certain length to be realised or the curvature of roller tracks used as a running surface to be modified. To attach the joint, the rollers must have no heads on the ends to be joined, the four projections are inserted in the profile at the indicated centre (D) and the four M6 grub screws supplied are tightened.

Its configuration is designed to be able to use different types of rollers (see code tables) and in particular those that provide lateral containment to the conveyed product. Conventionally, it has been established that the joint with flanged containment (FC) has three out of five flanged rollers; the joint with grooved containment (GC), has three out of five grooved rollers. These two alternatives are designed to match any configuration of our load-bearing roller conveyors.

In use, it is very important to respect the curving limit, defined by the angles indicated, in order to maintain functionality. Considering the straight rest position, it is possible to apply an angle (alpha) of max. 50°, which brings the opposite side closer to the rollers. If curvature is to be achieved by bringing the rollers closer together, apply an angle (beta) of max. 60°.
