The Evolution Disc Pack revolutionises the concept of disc glazing. In fact, unlike traditional disc packs that transform the glaze into a drop (atomisation), this disc pack transforms it into a fluid vein (impact glazing).
Impact glazing has many advantages:

• optimal penetration even on rough, textured surfaces;
• elimination of crazing: absence of discs avoids areas with less glaze at the disc;
• department fog elimination: improved environmental conditions due to total elimination of glaze fog, which also increases the life of all components in the department;
• glaze saving: this disc pack achieves excellent spreading results even with minimal amounts of glaze. In addition, by eliminating atomisation, dispersion of the glaze into the environment is avoided;
• energy saving: this disc pack achieves maximum results at a low RPM of the monoblock;
• improved disposal and recycling: the single material of the disk pack makes it easier to dispose of
