The CCG profile consists of an extruded Polyethylene (PE) profile offering good abrasion resistance and an anodised aluminium lower and support part.
The first delivery includes the complete profile already assembled, whereas once worn, only the upper profile needs to be changed, making both purchase and maintenance much more economical.
In fact, replacing the upper profile is very quick as the profile is interlocking, so all you have to do is lift the belts, lever up with a screwdriver and fit the new part.
No need to take it off! An operation that would entail significantly more downtime.
