Blow the heat away !

Some processes require the product temperature to be lowered for various reasons: to reduce processing times, preserve machine components, or make subsequent processing more effective.

In this case too, a blast of air can help to increase the speed of heat removal.

One example is tiles that come out of the kiln and undergo a digital printing phase. Too high a temperature could compromise print quality and damage the expensive print heads.

Alternatively, lowering the temperature of the shrink sleeve after the heat-shrinking phase ensures better packaging and faster labeling.
