[Exhibitions] GreenBlow® line live at DrinkTec

Come see the GreenBlow® Line at DrinkTec!

DrinkTec, the international exhibition for beverage and liquid food industry technologies, will be held in Munich (Germany) from September 15 to 19.

We will be present with our own booth (Stand C1.642) to showcase some possible drying solutions built using components from the GreenBlow® Line.

What applications can visitors see at the booth?

Two different drying solutions will be showcased, featuring high-efficiency, low-energy blowers equipped with Smart Blow diffusers and Air Knives. Both solutions use components from the GreenBlow® Line, demonstrating how easy it is to configure a drying system simply by selecting the right components from the Line.

DRYING WITH SMART BLOW:

Before the labeling or marking step, it is essential to achieve effective container drying in order to ensure proper product storage before sale.

Smart Blow is a diffuser that is manufactured ‘to measure’, as it must precisely follow the shape of the container to be dried, ensuring that all sides of the container are dried simultaneously

With this diffuser it is possible to dry:

DRYING WITH AIR KNIVES:

The air knives are available in different versions (with side or central inlet) and can be custom-made with a width of over 3 meters.

With this product it is possible to configure drying systems for:

  • High-speed lines: With air knives, it is possible to configure a drying system for high-speed production lines. Multiple stations can be installed according to the areas that need drying (cap, side, bottom, etc.).
  • Beverage packaging:In the shrink-wrapping process (e.g., beverages but also vacuum-packed cured meats), it is possible to stop the process while the product is still hot to prevent excessive shrinkage of the packaging.  ((application video).
  • Kegs (ex. beer kegs): the air knife can cover the entire surface of the container or focus on a specific area, for instance to dry the marking zone
  • Bottle creates: after washing and/or sanitizing process

The suction system (for dust, debris, or other materials) is also available, using extraction hoods and a cyclone that are part of the Pull’n’Catch system. It can be used either as a stand-alone unit or connected to an existing suction system.
